All orders are instantly transmitted from Amazon to AC-Direct.Com; orders may be cancelled before customer receives Email to confirm shipment—once order is confirmed no changes can be made

AC-Direct.Com will accept new merchandise returns within 30 days of invoice pending all of the following conditions:

  1) Product has not been used
  2) Original packaging has not been damaged
  3) Product is in re-sellable condition
  4) Customer is responsible for all return shipping
  5) Electrical products are not returnable if installed or used in any way

All returns are subject to inspection prior to issuance of credit. Please allow 7-10 days for refunds.

All Products with Core Charges( Deposit on used items) are eligible to have Core Deposits fully credited to purchasing customer if returned within 90 days of purchase –In original box—at customers expense, all cores are subject to inspection prior to credit being issued!!
